the MF with boots of run fast and FM make me think it was elo boosted, but judging by how its losing a ton of games its going to get stuck in plat 5 forever

pretty dumb how the only way you can go down is by not playing they should make you fall if you lose enough games

Tier doesn't really matter. What matters is their MMR, which is down in the low, low silver range, since that's all they're being matched with.

A brand new skin which will be made specially for that status. S1 it was Victorious Jarvan and S2 it was Victorious Janna. In those seasons you got them for hitting gold ELO so I suspect that you will need gold again this season for it.
