An elite athlete will spend hours every week training & preparing. The athlete will master his skills.
An elite eSports player will spend hours every week training & preparing. The eSports player will master his skills.
Notice a trend?
Each requires a high level of effort. Physically or mentally, both are putting in a large amount of hours to reach the level that is required of them.
What difference does it make if they are allowed to get Visa's or if it's even registered as a sport? Does it change how you perform your daily tasks and activities? I think it's just another thing for you to whine about.
