You may have unstable / slow internet connection. Mobafire also takes quite some time to load, I also do have that delay in loading.
OR you have malware or cookie in your Firefox. Could be add-on also that is blocking it.

I'm having the same problem as well lately and it seems to be intermittent. The internet connection I'm using (At work at the moment) is decent but mobafire is still being sluggish in general and sometimes refuses to connect. And I have fibre optic broadband at home which also has problems with mobafire sometimes.

What can be?
