We run things pretty light. We prefer to only step in when things really get out of hand, so you probably won't see much moderating going on. We've brought it up in the past and for the most part it seems like everyone is happy that there is little interference from us.
No one is currently designated as a moderator. There are 3 administrators, we're the guys that built this site and we do any monitoring/moderating. We also have 1 editor, AnalSamurai, who has access to update our champions, items and runes as he sees fit, but he doesn't currently have any moderator controls.
If you think there's not enough wrist-slapping feel free to let us know :) We may not reply to every single feedback message, but we read and discuss every single one.
