Eh, Veigar gets so much ap late game i felt like it was unnecessary. I end up with like 900 AP late game as it is. I also felt like flat ap might not do enough to help me early game to be comparable to other options. But, if I happen to have any other champion, that makes sense, so i'm probably going to put that as a rune page if I get enough room. - still tho, the ad vs veigar option is too commonly taken, so i'm going with a page that fits with him first.

My current usual AP mid rune page is made up of:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration
Greater Seal of Armor
Glyph of Magic Resist
Quintessence of Movement Speed
It fits my playstyle well.
Now, against a full AD comp, i can replace with these runes I'm considering:
Greater Glyph of Armor
Greater Glyph of Health
Greater Glyph of Scaling Health
Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration
Greater Glyph of Magic Penetration
I feel like i don't need cooldown reduction because I max it at 40% soon enough either way, and I'm not trying to spam my abilities and lose my mana instantly.
I'm leaning towards getting Magic Penetration, but I figured I'd ask on here. I also realize that glyphs of armor or health are about half that of seals, making them a little less useful. Forgive me if I chose the wrong forum or something, I think this is the right one. Tell me what you think, and thanks for the feedback.
