Your guide is just wrong. I don't know if you ever played more than two games with Lee Sin.
When jungling, you must go for a more supportish build since junglers are poor. You can only buy damage items if you get really fed and in that case get only a Black Cleaver.
When laning, Ravenous Hydra, Black Cleaver and Last Whisper are all CORE ITEMS and you say they are situational. This is only a small part of the mistakes you have done. I would take me days to explain how wrong it is.

Minus the skill sequence, the information in the guide was fairly good, however how it was organized and the coloring made it very hard to read

turn on C2V (comment to vote) so ppl dont dislike without a reason

I suggest taking scaling MR glyphs as it benefits late game more and early game you don't need it THAT badly.

Triforce not worth it - hydra better
