Twitch has his full potential unlocked when you're playing pre-made.
You are highly coordinated with your team, so you'll be able to pick a team comp that is based around Twitch. Also, you tend to rely heavily on your team mates to peel for you, whilst in solo q you don't have that luxury.
Vayne is amazing, both in team play and in solo q.

Twitch mid is insane, especially when team has an AP (or 2) source of damage and a decent initiate and peel.Early game struggles are non-sense when you have expunge, a slow and an AS steroid. Mid game force, late game powerhouse.
And also fun to play. Don't think he's OP though. Just strong.
