Top Lane Katarina - Blood and Steel [S3]
Okay it looks 'fine' but I'm gonna be completley honest, I don't know why you listed void staff as a bad item on Katarina, It is an INCREDIBLY efficent item on Katarina, Atleast give us a reasonable expalanation to why void staff is not good on Katarina instead of listing other Majic pen items that are supposedly 'Better'

Yes, there are good items with Magic pen but that doesn't mean void staff is a bad item pick! it's a pheonominal item on Katarina!
Void staff ignores 35% of your enemy's MR, add that with abysal scepter Aura, add that with sorcerer shoes, that's about 45+ from the enemy's MR ignored.
I just wanted to voice out my opinion since I main Katarina.
Please explain fully why void staff is a bad item pick in your opinion, with a reasonable explanation.

I don't think
So in short, there's no reason to build a pure AP/Spell Pen item, when we have no AP damage to follow it up, especially when there are other items, which might not pack as much spell pen, but grant us other things we want such as tankiness or a DoT, etc.
