Yeaa.. I've been that 'expert' for other people and trust me when I say that it's an incredibly simple procedure to clean the fan/heatsink out with pressurized air. Opening it up and replacing thermal paste can be more of a pain however, because you'll have to open the laptop up to do that. Problem is that some laptops are a pain to open up, and there are even some that can't be opened up without breaking them.

Everything but the canned air :/ Couldn't find it. And apparently, my laptop doesn't have an intake (I checked both the bottom and the sides) and since my laptop can't be dismounted, I gave up.
I found a laptop in the house that can run my favourite games. Just a temporary solution until I get my gaming desktop, hopefully soon.
One thing for sure, this is the last time I buy something from HP, or Intel components. AMD all the way.
PS: Can I use a vacuum on soft power and suck the dust off the exhaust? Or is that risky?

I'm pretty sure that's just HP's fault for designing a terrible laptop.
Intel and AMD both make good CPUs.
Intel generally has the edge on the CPU market right now, but AMD's integrated graphics are on a completely different level compared to that of Intel's. (which isn't a surprise seeing as they also make some really good GPUs)
Intel's advantage may very well change with the next generation of CPUs though since rumors are saying that Intel will be skipping the next generation of desktop CPUs in favor of focusing on their mobile CPUs.
So my recommendation is: stick with Intel on expensive/normal cost builds and look into AMD's APUs (CPU+GPU, integrated graphics) if you're buying a cheap desktop or laptop system.

You can probably try that, but do try sticking some long metal thing in there to jam the fan (I assume there is one, otherwise major props to HP for being cray cray).
