The possibility of one-shotting someone increases by using the Tiamat active, and it gives some nice AD aswell. Go check out The new talon by Vapora Dark.[/quote]

[/quote] I nearly said something similar to Vapora the first time I saw him using it, but then I tried it and realized how much better it is, with the old BT-LW-BC build you could USUALLY one shot ad carries with everything you had if you were fed; with this build their dead before you even use your ult. To whoever mentioned the CDR boots, I just like them personally more than the mobility boots seeing as with youmuus and another Brutalizer your ultimate will have a cooldown of about 36 seconds, and if you get blue buff you hit the max CDR of 33 seconds.[/quote]

[/quote] Yeah lol, new Talon is like old Talon on steroids. Was playing ranked earlier, vs Plats obviously, and I kept 1-shotting their ADC and support with just E Q W. Still had R and Tiamat leftover each time. ... Those were reserved for 1-shotting their tanks. I personally don't like CDR boots, you get max CDR with blue, Youmuu's and Black Cleaver anyway. In fact you're already past the CDR cap if you take [[sorcery]] too ( which I don't anymore, though ). Heck even if you don't take Black Cleaver like I've been trying out, full build you have blue elixirs anyway, so you're still at the cap with no CDR boots. But then obviously I'm much more experienced with Talon and could possibly be much faster to react when I see an opportunity to catch an enemy out, so just do whatever works for you. :P Also I lol'd at AP jungle Shaco in that Renekton game. And that Leona's build... (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻[/quote]

(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ [/quote] It's simply better for early game (CDR boots I mean) especially in low elo solo queue where you want your [[shadow assault]] up as much as possible in the early stages so you can insta-gib your lane opponent and then roam to bot or top and have it back up again for another kill. If you really think you need the extra movement speed just get an early Alacrity enchantment, its 475 extra gold but farming's a breeze with [[tiamat]] and [[rake]] anyways so its not a huge deal. Not to mention with the enchantment you will be going about ~415 MS all the time as opposed to ~395 in combat and ~430 outside of it, so it kind of evens out to having the same speed.[/quote]
