Maybe your idea to play Alistar as solo top is good, Yururu, but this guide just looks like a **** - zero bbcodes, wall of texts hurting my (not only my) eyes. This guide is also super-short. Do something with it and i maybe vote up.

I really enjoyed your build. I was bored tonight, and wanted to try something new. This build is expensive as hell, but if a good job is done farming, it wasn't too hard to get completed. I would like to offer you a recommendation - I changed Lich Bane into Iceborn Gauntlet. I did this because it seemed to have so much synergy with your build. I also didn't use any of the runes - I just ran with what I had. The build did very well, and that is saying something because my laning opponent was Singed, who I seem to have a damn hard time laning against in most cases, but this was a breeze. Kudos!

BBcoding apart, Alistar isn't only a support. If you're gonna downvote the guide just because of it, that's a pretty harsh decision. I said AP as the damage, but still, Alistar's a melee with short-range abilities, and an ult only for the purpose of tanking, so it wouldn't be that smart to just ignore it.

It's a guide supposed for Alistar to survive on top lane, so of course the Runes/Masteries would be different from the usual Alistar support.

And as for Alistar, AP Masteries won't help as much as Defensive ones in early game.

The items are listed in the order of buying. The build is focused on getting HP/AP, so I can't see how that's wrong for a top lane AP-damage champion.

Didn't thought about making the guide "entertaining to read", not that used to BBcoding. It's not literature, it's an idea of how to play Alistar differently from the common support, so I just put as many information as I could. It's not a long read, and if you're at Mobafire, you shouldn't be lazy to read, may even skip some parts, as I put paragraphs.

One way or another, I'll reconsiderate BBcoding in the next guide I do.

Lich bane without ap? And why go ap? Try getting spelling right and BBcoding to make it visually appealing

You say that you go AP, but you go tank...?
Wrong masteries, wrong runes, no example build in your cheatsheet, walls of text...

alistar is a support not ap, runes aint good as for AP alistar, items are messy, skilling is messed up, masteries aint even for AP, the guide has 0bb coding... just archive it pls
