I don't enjoy the big bang theory, but I do enjoy the IT crowd. which I think has kinda the same idea but is infinitely more skillfully executed
And to all those who watch Game of Thrones...it kinda makes me sad cuz I just can't watch it. I read all the books before it was all big and I find that the show colors my imagination of what it all looked like too much. I feel like it homogenizes the experience and I'm not really sure I like that.

with what? what is this dragonriders thing?
Dragonriders of Pern...by Anne McCaffrey...really? you've never heard of that? It's like one of the series Christopher Paolini ripped off when he wrote Eragon :P
you are a sad, strange, little man.
@nameless I have never heard of it, probably because I haven't read eragon (it just wasn't my type of book) and I am only 15 so I've only been reading actual 'adult' (as opposed to teen fiction) books for about a year and a half and in that time I've managed to read about 10 Stephen King books, 3 James Patterson's and 10 WoT books, I've only just recently started with fantasy so my knowledge is kinda limited.
If I have helped in anyway at all a +rep will be appreciated lots

Thanks to LaCorpse, Hogopogo and JhoiJhoi for the amazing sigs

ahhh...well, I read Eragon, but only because it was purchased for me as a gift (I severely disliked it because it feels like some D&D campaign that ripped off a lot of better written books that was then turned into a novel).
but you should try reading them though...they're technically Sci-fi/Fantasy, not just Fantasy...but they're really good.
