Here is a pro build guide:
Infinity Edge
Phantom Dancer
Berserker's Greave (Alactricity for quick chase kills)
Statikk Shiv
Infinity Edge
Runaan's Hurricane
Oh please. Runaan's Hurricane? Double Zeal items? No Last Whisper? You don't even know what the word 'pro' means. BTW, author hasn't updated his guide, and it's true. Ashe has **** damage early game.
Standard build path (putting boots in when convenient):
Infinity Edge -> Phantom Dancer/ Statikk Shiv (one, not both) -> Last Whisper -> Bloodthirster/ Blade of the Ruined King -> Defensive item ( Guardian Angel/ Banshee's Veil/ Randuin's Omen) or the other lifesteal item you didn't get ( Bloodthirster/ Blade of the Ruined King).

This build ensures you to be a super powerful adc, yes there is not rly any hp/ armor increase but as an adc u would expect to have a support by you...
This build also makes u have
around 700+dmg/ basic attack (ignoring armor)
2.5 attack speed
429 Walk speed making ashe succesful in escapes.
700 dmg / shot is from 100% crit chance of around 300 dmg/ shot normally + I.Es 250% crit dmg
Am I completely missing the point here?
