You may refer to my comment ahead of me (which i made) as to why i disliked your guide. I don't hate you as a person but i dont want anyone getting the wrong idea. Maybe hextech gunblade isnt THE BEST item in the world but it still provides much more than say Thornmail..

I like the guide but something about not getting hextech bothers me. I've never liked Liandry's Torment because the passive just felt like it wasn't doing much (since i'm trying to kill the carries not the tanks). I feel the slow is incredibly powerful and the only reason its so bad in everyone's opinion IS BECAUSE people forget about the active EVERY SINGLE TIME. That extra slow and damage is great for when you are getting chased or chasing and need something to slow them down or get that final amount of damage. NOT TO MENTION the active is on a low cooldown. Maybe i'm slightly biased because i always have cherished this item. I would atleast appreciate it being mentioned instead of thornmail (just saying) as it still is a very potent item. Alright lets be serious here... Your guide has a lot of problems and the fact that you're being rude to someone that was clearly just trying to help you make a better guide is pretty sad. If someone comments on your guide you should actually have a conversation with them about what they said and why certain items/skills or whatever it is can be fixed.

It is obvious that your guide is pretty sub-par and hes trying to help you out. The fact that you aren't listening to his feedback very easily is a serious sign of immaturity.

Every time somebody upvoted the guide and made a few comments about what was wrong you thanked them and made the changes however when Logarithm took the time to write a huge list of wrong-doings in your guide you dismissed them and claimed that he had too much time on his hands. Just a quick lesson, if someone takes the time to help you, don't insult them. They obviously did their best to help you and he is correct in a majority of the points he makes.

I completely disagree when it comes to rylai's and liandry's...

When used together your poke with bouncing blades is amazing and your overall damage barely suffers.
You do not need to get them every game but saying to never buy them is a mistake

Kassadin matchup is not as difficult as you made it out to be. You just need to do a few things to beat kass. First: max w first. Early game if he tries to cs with autos punish him with w's. you force him to either use his q to trade with you or use q to cs. Either way, he loses. Push for 6 before him, and ensure that when he hits 6 he doesn't have the hp to all in you. Make sure that when he b's there is a wave at his tower so that you force him to miss exp. buy merc treads, they are 100% necessary in this match up. Post-6 it's all about proper spacing. If he's aggressive and jumps on you every time his e is charged, then make sure if he chooses to ult q>e you, he takes creep aggro. Also, when he jumps on you, w him for the movespeed boost(should be maxed), then when the silence wears off, e to him, q, w if its not on cd, and ult. You won't kill him, but you make it impossible for him to continue trading with you. Another thing, you don't like liandries, but it's extremely extremely efficient against enemies who are buying health. You should finish off all of the core, and finish it last. Surprisingly, it's a huge dps boost, and in reality you won't be given an opportunity to jump on a carry with your first shunpo, so maximizing your damage against tanks really makes you more flexible in teamfights and significantly raises your reset potential.
Also, you said that w makes you clear waves faster, but you left out the fact that maxing w first gives crazy utility in ganks. When being ganked, you're able to get free 50% movement speed to run away, and when ganking, you get a free 50% movement speed to run ahead of the enemy to get a full channel of ult.
Last thing, diving bottom lane is really easy and a good idea with Kat. You want to try and force the enemy mid lamer out at level 6. Tell bot lane to shove (works best when you're on bottom side I think it's purple side lol) all 4 members at this point should be around 50% hp, usually they're level 4 by the time you're level 6, so basically, ping a bunch then e>q>w>ult you should get a kill with your combined damage. If the other enemy in bot is low, use your reset to kill them, otherwise shunpo to an escaping ally. You're probably the tankiest, and you take 15% reduced damage thanks to shunpo, so
You should take the 1-2 turret shots.
Oh and last thing. Kat's level 1-5 are so incredibly weak. You really will never out trade a competent opponent with kats level 1-5...

Pretty decent guide I would say, I play Katarina differently :P For runes I'd really prefer movement speed quintences, AP glyphs as per lv because late game katarina is a huge threat..
