I just created my second guide, and while I am getting the BBCode concept, I still have no idea how to make a good custom Table of Contents.
I do know how to create custom Table of Contents, and I have used it on my last guide (My support Zyra guide used the custom ToC. It's on my signature if you want to reference to it).
However, for guides like this, they have more intricate, artistic ToC.
Now, I do know that the author used multiple pictures and combined it to single picture. But the author was also able to keep all the URLs to use [*goto] (without *) BBCode to link to his contents.
How do you combine pictures? And most of all, how do you keep all the URLs while combining the pictures?

Did you try this? I think it's also explained there how you do it with pictures and stuff like that.
