70% of your "guide" is Lore and Ability Details. Almost no coding and it's very unattractive to read. Pro/cons section is left blank? You added another Table of Contents that's basically worse than the one Mobafire automatically generated. Saying this is a "Quinn" guide would be very misleading as this practically doesn't even relate to Quinn. You're just explaining masteries and items, which no one really needs. I won't -1 though because I feel like you can actually improve on it.

For example, paraphrasing what you said in runes:
9x Mark of AD give you more starting damage.
Well, nice of you to just tell us what AD marks did, but why don't you start by explaining why the extra starting damage is good? The reason is because it's easier to last-hit and provides extra early game trading power, by the way.
