I've played some AP Nasus before and i wish to share some thoughs and maybe help you improve on this guide:
1st - As said before, your rune choices are not optimal
2nd - The whole idea of an AP Nasus without is unviable. The damage from combined with your Q stacks is what you should be aiming for.
3rd - Your item choices and build path are unclear and not helpful
4th - Rushing an early game will help with the sustain and the "Q farming" stage of the game
5th - I'm sorry if i got this all wrong but it doens't seem like you made this guide to be viable (the "vs AP champ AFK" proved it), which is kind of sad, since i really like the idea of people trying to get something serious out of Meta-breaking, and not this.
6th - I hope this may help you making this guide better ( because there is a lot to improve from this guide's current format).

Ignore everything i said, after checking your other guides and your future projects, i could only deduce you are a trollord unnecessary to the Mobafire commmunity, if you wish to make actual fun stuff (which this isn't) post it in "Humor guides" and try to make it good, otherwise just quit.

AP is not the way to play , and even so you've got the wrong runes. The best runes would be:
x 9
x 9
x 9
x 3

One random crit blue rune will not get you a crit, ever. It's a complete waste of a rune slot.

The only thing you've unleashed upon the world is a troll build...
