Chatbox ain't really worth it, because it's "hidden" or mixed with link/website or to login differently.
a Working chatbox (for me at least) could be used while changing topics or threads and I could still type in it. Or the chatbox could be linked to front page, but I doubt it would happen as it would take lots of space. Somewhere where it could be seen and used easily.
There is in-game chat tough.

Correct, in forums, you actually have a topic of conversation, and in chats, the topic will be mainly about nothing. If it would be on the front page, then all kind of idiots can join the conversation, ruining the chat with insults and/or other misbehaviour. This means that the moderators and admins have a lot of work to do with reported misbehaviour, which seems unnecessary since we already have good ways of getting contact with other Mobafire people (inhouses, in-game chat and the forum).
So no, I don't think we need an all-round mobafire chat :P
