Got banned 3 weeks ago for saying "your mom" twice to people who flamed my IRL friends. Tribunal simply punishes for smallest thing. Doesn't matter if you flame permanetaly in a game or say "******s" once because someone stole your blue buff. Punishment is the same.
I only got banned for 3 days, but that seriously shouldn't be ban worthy, not even warning worthy.

I'm sure you did more than that. I flame people all the time, I haven't been banned or suspended once. Not a single minute. I'm not exactly the most friendly person in game, but you really have to go out of your way to get banned for any length of time.
