... I don't get it, I read the guide, and I don't understand what you're trying to get at. I like runaan's because it applies on hit affects, like red buff, and up's your attack speed like crazy.

This guide...doesn't even look finished! The skill sequence isn't even completed. Situational? There is no such thing when it comes to leveling skills.
What kind of build is this? Is it for mid, or bot? There is not enough damage for either role regardless...
Don't take the crit-based masteries without building crit-based items.

As I said in the intro, this is my first guide, it's not finished, and when it is, it won't look sleek. It's only here as another way to look at building him. I believe the guide says it's meant for bot lane. If it didn't, it's a guide for building Lucian into and ADC on summoners rift.
As for the crit masteries/ item difference, feel free to change that. Of course I would recommend building an Infinity Edge in place of the Runaans or *maybe* the Manamune. i do just fine with the hybrid though.
As for the skill sequence, I disagree. It depends heavily on who you're fighting. If the person you're laneing against is very location oriented, like Vayne, I would put a few more points into Lucians "e" dodge, as opposed to fighting someone like Caitlyn, who doesn't need to be placed to harass well. This is where I would put more points into Piercing light.
As for the C2V thing, I'm fairly new, and had no idea what that was, so I overlooked it, fixed now, thanks. If this upsets you, I would refer you to the section "But Emojitsu, This has a lot of Words D:". If you are genuinely trying to help me, thank you, I can use all the feedback I can get.

Well... you're right, it's not coded or anything. It's not the prettiest guide ever, but I tried the build, and I gotta say I love it.
So nice job Emojitsu, I'll up vote it
a.) if you clean the guide up and add coding
b.) when I'm able :P it gives me an error message saying I can't cause it's so new
one question though... Why not substitute bloodthirster for zephyr? I know Blade of the ruined king gives you some life steal, but not enough in my opinion.

Hi, thanks for the review. Bloodthirster would be a good substitute for Zep, especially if you're getting out-poked. Off the top of my head, I think it's a bit more expensive, and getting a B.F. sword always sucks. but other than that, you shouldn't have any problems.
