E max is only better than Q in certain match ups.
W should not be maxed last.
Correct skill sequence should be Q W E. Q E W is situational, it should only be leveled that way if you're against a pure Melee laner that you somehow Q AA AA Q'd them at level 1, then hit level 2 soon afterwards.
Elise is an easy matchup for Lee, the reason you're losing to her is because either you aren't putting points into W or you aren't aggressive enough at level 1/2. Or your mechanics are bad and you can't shield her Qs.
Jax is a skill matchup. Really depends on how experienced the Lee is, but Jax can definitely win.
Shen is an easy matchup, shove every wave into his tower, harass him there, dive when low. Again, the reason you're losing/not stomping this matchup is probably because you don't have points in W so you can't sustain tower shots or his harass.
Sorry for the caps, tomorrow I will start filming combos and safe lane harras(even verbal). I still have to finish the match-ups but I want to add a lolrecorder file to all of them and for some reason most of them are corrupted so I gotta fix that or just play more games with
