wonder if i can find any of that whiskey...will keep an eye out.

I'm sure you could find Laphroaig at least. It's pretty expensive though. It has even been proclaimed as the worlds best whiskey by many.
You should probably be able to find Bowmore too since that's a fairly mild whiskey, but I'm not too sure about the others. Sweden and other nordic countries are known for their like of smoky whiskey, so they're likely selling more kinds over here than in the US (which is more Bourbon-focused to my knowledge).

beer & whiskey for me, 90% of the time.

hken, gness, are my favorites, although I don't really dislike anything (except for cider and 70% of wine).

i almost always have a beer on hand since i don't feel drunk unless I drink like a **** ton all at once...lol.

Cream soda.

Alcoholic beverages really aren't my thing, especially since I prefer the taste of so many non-alcoholic beverages.

Damn dude, what about Heineken makes it so exclusive?

Well it's a Euro lager with a mild taste of hops. The taste is awesome and if you don't enjoy the full taste of beer than you can drink the light. That's it really, it's just that stingy hops taste that gives it that unique touch.

Drinking is my social life. Or did a miss a sarcastic quip? I'm no connoisseur of alcohol, but I luuuurv wine. White wine, to be precise, I tried some red after a bartender mistakenly served me it and decided I much preferred white. I had a nice C******nay while on holiday and the local Italian restaurant does a really nice house white. The pub I frequent has pretty ****py wine and I don't really like beer or lager, so I usually have Strongbow there. I don't like it much, but it's cheaper than the wine and gets me suitably tipsy. That said, my local pub has a really nice cloudy cider and I rather enjoyed the Rattlers cider I had in Cornwall. Shots I don't understand. Or well, I do. They taste awful but get you drunk fast from a small volume. I just drink something that's actually palatable. Whisky... Had it once, but I drank it neat, so I'm not sure my dislike of it really counts.

Some of my friends intend to drag me on a collegiate bar crawl in Cambridge, so I guess I'll be a connoisseur of Cambridge beers in several weeks time. I expect I'll just steal a sip from their glasses, though. I'm happy enough with my state of inebriation after two pints, not sure I want to see what I'm like after twelve. Probably asleep, alcohol just seems to make me drowsier after the first bit.

Beer bores me, in general. I now only drink if offered or if there is some new brand i might find interesting.

Pheyniex if you haven't had Heady Topper yet then you should feel bad.

It's a nectar that looks like liquid gold, smells like sweet summer grapefruits and tastes like a mixture of honey, citrus, grapefruit and pure love.

The beer in the picture has either been shaken around or just bought.
If you let it rest, it's as clear as glass.

i didn't think you were old enough to drink...in any case. heine light is an interesting choice. not much flavor there.

so much love for heine...i mean..it's decent but i feel like there are much better lagers out there. if you need to drink a ton of beers try to go for beers with more booze. sierra nevada's IPA can do work pretty quick if you like hops. the optimator i talked about also can kick you pretty good if you like dark (doppelbock).

there are plenty of better beers out there for hops if that's what you like.

maybe you have just been drinking the wrong beers? personally i don't drink much of the light stuff anymore as it tends to lack flavor unless it is an IPA or Hefe, but i don't like hop heavy stuff cause it makes me feel like i am drinking flowers. I stick with dark lagers, porters, brown ales, and stouts. So much more flavor imo. also you can find dark beers that have been fermented in brandy barrels and such. there are tons of micro brews out here in San Diego..the micro brews tend to experiment more and have more flavors.

I've had the local populars that are Sagres and Super Bock. the most popular non-nationals are carlsberg and heineken.
I've tried Stella Artois, Foster's and Budwiser (the USA one, not the Czech one) and tought they were ****, almost like water. only had Guiness once and liked it pretty much, but it was, like, 10 years ago.
Now i'm simply not that interested in beer. If i have an option, i'd go for wine during lunch or dinner and something else for the night.
