I'd say overall, Karma, Cassiopeia and Kayle. I'm pretty sure I've seen less than 5 kayles outside of free week. Trundle and Gragas are pretty rare too, I guess they don't generate the same interest as a xin or a vlad.
I've only seen one good Cass, ever though. She started with 60AP at level, and just raped raped raped, but she couldn't carry the rest of her sucky team. She was extremely potent though, it made me want to try her a bit at her next free week.
Also, Janna. Of course playing Janna in solo queue is kind of suicidal, I only see my friend doing it when we play together. We've seen just one Janna in the last 2 months, she played full AP and went mid. /facepalm

The problem with Cassiopeia is that 95% of the people that play her are the epitome of garbage, but the select 5% that are even remotely good devastate with her, there is no median. I've played against a Cass in a RANKED that got 2 quadra kills in the same match. Like 1200 ELO but still.

Gragas? Seriously? Guess I'm the only one that plays him often? This can't be real. Whoever said he is weak, check recent LCS vods. PLEASE. And no, it doesn't take a pro to make him good. I say that on personal experience. Urgot = played against once or twice. Seen 3 or 4 Olafs besides myself. Very few Poppys as well.Never played against

As far as Urgot goes, I've seen him, but still not very often. I own him and he seems to be a slow developing champ, but late game he can be devastating if built correctly.
It's the other way around. He's probably the strongest champion in the game in midgame. He can force anyone out of the lane unless they have a jungler who ganks a lot.
