Hello
I think you are really up for this so I could give a hint of two.
First of all:
*Which role do you main ? I think it's wise to be focused on few roles, but be prepared for everything. Like you could main solo lanes (top and mid) or main ADC / jungle, but be prepared to be going everywhere.
*Learn few good champions, which can carry. Normally I would recommend to be more team focused, but in bronze you can carry easier out as a single than focus as a team in my opinion.
*What I noticed is that you could build more carefully. You can look at the #1 guides from trustworthy authors, but you need to understand why you are getting X item. You gotta look what the enemy is building (this is also depending what role you are playing ofc).
*Some of your masteries are a bit off, I'd look them up and fix :P
*You have really low average cs per minute. If we look at your target ELO, gold players usually have something around ~80 cs in 10 minutes. That's a really good goal, but even at least ~60 cs in bronze tiers is good. Try to learn how to last hit and getting flat AD marks makes the thing easier for AD based champions in stead the armor pen. (Both are vialable marks, ain't saying armor pen is bad)
*The rest come by experience really. Positioning, knowing when to trade, knowledge over other champions, having vision/warding. These simple stuffs really build up. You can watch videos and see how people work.
To give more careful explanation where you could improve.. I'd need video or some kind. Maybe others can give more advices as I most likely missed something more or less important.

"A person giving you advice isn't perfect and has their own shortcomings but they may give you the piece that you're missing."
If you want to improve quickly I would master a single skill then build from that. The easiest one that comes to mind like mentioned above is creepscore. If you can creep like a diamond player in bronze than you can win simply by having more money than everyone else in game even if your play is sub-par. Go into bot games and try to get 180cs by 20 minutes every single time. If you do actually care to improve, this is something you can do while listening to an audio book or doing other things. Being able to farm well versus bad opponents should be a second thought as you should be so accustomed to getting high cs numbers. If you have any specific questions regarding anything feel free to PM me and I would be glad to give to try and answer them for you.

cheers, this wall of text can be confusing, sorry for the lack of pontuation etc.. and for the amount of commas.. so TL;DR, help me improve!
