In s3 spectral wraith applied to minions

im a noob. but this build shows 0 spell vamp. what am i missing?

Haha thanks, and actually thought about adding it to the defensive items. I might end up making this a lot more better but for now this is how it'll stay since I only have a 56% on it. All I can say is I was on a 7 win streak and then lost 1 before going to another 3 win streak with this build.

Great build I used it and I dominated! The spell vamp helped me heal a ton during team fights and helped with the sustainability. You should add spirit visage for a defensive item since it helps with spell vamps healing effects. Anyhow great guide!!
