Hello guys! My name is Lightnin Penguin and I'm a huge Singed fan. I've been using Singed as my main for a while now and I've always built him the same. You know... RoA, Rylais, even tried out Tear Singed (which in my opinion is so weak!). After I playing for a while I decided to watch some streams, and sooner or later I find the number 1 Singed player in NA... ... SirhcEz. After I watched him for a while, he played Singed completely different than all of the other players out there. So I gave his build a try. After playing two games, I started to realize... this build is OP! You go from only getting 3 or 4 kills and a bunch of assists to getting 10 or 12 kills with about the same amount of assists! I would continue making this build but I want to see if anyone will consider it before I put that precious time into it. Anyways, this build is the build of SirhcEz, the number 1 Singed player NA. (The only thing that isnt his build is the Luxery/Situational. Normally the games dont last long enough to get that far, but I've seen him get Lich Bane after selling SotSW in the late late game for more damage. SO these items are what I believe would be a good situational late game / mid game items.)
