This also is in a spot that's really easy for him to get countered, pre level 6, and even then if you don't invade or win in counter juggling he falls off completely.

I don't think you know how to play Teemo. I'd give criticism, but it won't help how you make this guide better because you don't know enough to write one in the first place. You need to play more league bro.

IF you are going to get hybrid pen marks and quints, going ap does not help you. Hybrid pen runes are useless in the jungle, you do not do enough dmg early to clear fast. So you take excess dmg, use more potions and making yourself more open to invasions. You would need raw stats in the jungle in order to have a decent clear time, and to be able to defend yourself from other players.

Ive heard rumors of jungle being decent, but to be honest, I doubt this is how you'd do it :/

Teemo has virtually no sustain for himself, so jungling Teemo is about as counter-productive for a team as it gets. Not only would you have to recall repeatedly and have to expect relentless jungle invasions, but you also lose the key concept to Teemo being in lane - his map control.

Unless you seriously revamp this guide, I must keep a downvote for it, because bootless jungle Teemo just doesn't work.
