you have to give a point in the q to use it ... then you can switch her weapons between a rocket launcher and a minigun ... the rocket launcher does give you more dammage, aoe damage but will take mana and the minigun gives attack speed.
the w is a long skill shot who slows the minion or champ it hits.
the e i a usefull stun (a little bit overpowered in the moment) that helps you to get kills.

I already tried her and I REALLY liked it. One of the best champions for long time imo.
Pretty high skill cap and really fun abilities. Liked to fiddle around the item builds also.
