Same with Ezreal and Draven's. Difference being that Jinx's is AoE impact and not cross though like theirs.

actually i was referring to the fact that the damage is % of missing health, which means that the ult is a lasthitting tool. also the damage increases with range, so it is even better for stuff like that.
