By that he actually means your quints. Jarvan scales very well with arpen reds, but double arpen makes you clear incredibly slow.
I would actually take +15 AD in runes. It's a 4-5 second difference in how fast you can do your second buff in my experience, compared to armor pen reds, and doesn't really hurt gank DPS.
Nononono. Of course we wouldn't ignore it. If we ignored it, we wouldn't be able to downvote.
ArmPen runes are useless in the jungle.
Skill sequence is also impossible.
Besides, you should definitively add a Gameplay section and you should explain the purchase order.
A lot of work but if you do the job you could gain upvotes!
