Hi there, I downvoted your guide because;

It's unfinished
You're not level 30 (so this guide wont work well for the majority of players)
Your formatting and your way of presenting chapters could be improved.

Furthermore, the builds are good (even an aram build guide, yippie!) but put more chapters in it (like pros cons or ganking, but thats not every chapter you'll need) and some pictures would be nice but not necessary.
