LOL, downright most annoying thing ever back when I played leblanc.
Also, trying to use W Q R on an enemy just as Blitz uses his ult near you, and the combo turns into W R

I am finding this too.
On targeted spells the smart cast seems to be waaaay more unresponsive than usual.
The amount of Nocturne e's that have not worked when I have clicked the target multiple times is incredibly high.

3 games ago i did this:
I accidently double tap W during a tower dive without realising it, i then Q->E assuming i was just lagging but then walking back into tower range giving the enemy cassiopeia a kill.
Note to everyone, don't give kills at lvl 5 to cassio, just don't... :o
