The problem with unfinished guides is that the very moment to agree to publish them, people can vote them according to their criteria. When you publish a guide, people expect for it to be mostly finished. And this one has been barely sketched with its bare bones. So obviously, it's being downvoted a lot.

You can't really expect good review for what's basically a cheatsheet and a very short warding chapter.

Also; Explain runes, masteries, items, some more gameplay (early, mid, late game n stuff) to make the guide more complete!

Just read up on some other guides, get to know how you should write guides and try to improve the content a bit, for example the stuff emoriam mentioned.

Greater Mark of Armor is really a better choice on Janna. Otherwise you might choose Greater Quintessence of Health because you lack of survivability.
Ruby Sightstone is not a late game item - it's to put it simple the most important core item. Besides, a pure consumable start with for example 4 Sight Wards + 1 Vision Ward + 2 Health Potions (just an example for heavy warding) is at least an alternative but imo quite stronger. Clarify your skill order and max Zephyr at level 13.
And quite more important finish your guide before publishing and you might think of changing your writing style..
