Photoshop is clear in the top picture. The face is just too shooth.
And as you said, her face looks rather like a tryhard demon woman in an horror b-movie. Trying too hard to convey a certain persona. She tries to create an image of a person with some secret, of a person knowing more than you, flaunting that she knows but you don't.
Jinx on the otherhand looks more like a child looking at nice shiney things. Her shiney things are bombs and bullets and the explosions they create. Be it explosions of fire and shrapnel, or be it explosions of brains after the bullet goes through the head, she looks at both with the same childlike fascination.To illustrate:
