SCREW META!
I do have some suggestions on how to tweak guide; 1st of all, i would suggest changing Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration to perhaps flat armor runes. Armor runes will yield more survivability for twitch while in lane.
Also, i would suggest exchanging points from Havoc to investing in Veteran's Scars , since the extra health makes a substantial difference in twitches' early and late game survival.
Finally, i'm not really liking that tri-force on twitch. The cooldowns on twitches' spells are a little long for you to make great use of that passive proc. Also, buying a trinity force, after two Phantom Dancers means that you won't really be taking the full advantage of the trinity forces' attack speed buff. I do like that you are stacking health, and you are utilizing the slow-effect of Trinity Force. I would suggest switching Trinity Force with something like Frozen Mallet, to get even more health! Trust me - 85% critical strike chance is MORE than enough to get the job done ;)
Lastly, i would suggest exchanging a bloodthirster with some armor penetration item like last whispter. Most character roles in this game have some sort of armor item, such as Zhonya's Hourglass or Frozen Heart. With only arpen runes, and Weapon Expertise , twitches' damage may get reduced by quite a bit, if the opposing teams learn to stack armor after they feed you.
Pretty good guide; +1 for uniqueness
