A person named Thalolkiller decived me and didnt send back the mysterygift
if someone fooled me and we decided to send one another 1 mysterygift each to eachother and after i did it the other person name : Thalolkiller at server N&E i saw he got the skin Jaximus from my gift i sent him. If he just Fooled me after promising and all is it ok to dol like this? Can I be compensated at anyway? The only thing i want is an Mysterygift :)

Tip 2: Spam him to death until he gifts back or removes you as a friend.
Tip 3: There is no tip 3, it is your own stupey fault that you fell for a fake trade. You can try posting it on the Riot support forum, but I doubt you will get any help.

It's your own stupidity and naivety for gifting a random person and expecting them to give one back to you.
Plus, it's a GIFT system, not a TRADE system. You give gifts to people you LIKE WITHOUT expecting anything in return.
You don't go to a birthday party with a gift and expect the host to give something back to you.
No you can not be compensated by Riot.
Riot stated,"Mystery Gifting is only planned for the duration of Harrowing 2013, but may return in the future," and considering that the Harrowing 2013 event will come to a close on November 12th. I can tell you for sure that if someone were to add you now, they would not be able to send you a gift for two weeks which is beyond the closing date of Harrowing 2013.
I understand that it sucks how something like this would happen. There's a reason why we have a gifting system and not a trading system. The point of giving a gift to someone is that you feel pleasure in giving them an item. You should not be giving a gift to someone just to expect to give something in return.
I apologize if this comes across too harsh.
