Support yorick is actually pretty strong. Very powerful harass in lane and the ultimate is just broken, I play it myself but this is not how you play it.

nice build. I like the sheen but have you thought about rushing a trinty? it might be good to snowball but im not sure about his other aspects, or if they would get worse.

Add coding into this guide. Use jhoijhoi's "How to make a guide" it will help you out. Add in game pictures and alternative runes/items + explanations.

as stated above, learn some bb coding. Make it more attractive.
Some mistakes. I also don't believe that leviathan is suitable for yorick.
Why would you get so much point in utility?
Ur game seems like a build for a tanky damage output.. and yet you get so much point in utility? And since u get a point in your AD and AP would be increased while ignite is on cd, and yet u get ur summoners spell cd reduced? U only need ignite when u rly need it.. and u dont want to lose ur AD + AP boost.
Also upon many "yorick is mana hungry" beliefs, I played him a couple of times, and I don't believe so. Therefore I don't believe that he is mana hungry, thus don't need much point in utility. If u do think he is mana hungry, just get sapphire's crystal or mana regen..
simple as that. I would make my masteries as defence with damage or damage with defence. AD or AP is your choice but I would personally use AD.
A lot u can improve on.
PS: He isn't underestimated.

First step: Add some colors, pictures, something to be more attractive!

Second step: You actually wrote that: 'max pestilence last' and in your build you're maxing it second. Change it :)

Third step: Where's the leviathan explanation? I don't think this really suits Yorick.
