Open beta is out next month.
Keys are no longer a big deal.

In the mean time you could read about hearthstone, watch streams, plan your deck etc, so when you stumble upon a key / open beta kicks off, you won't have to go through the trouble of learning the game from A to Z.

It may not be the best TCG/CCG ever, but I think anybody can agree to the fact that it's at least decent.
Heck, I wasn't even interested in the game before I learned that there was gonna be an Android version.
