Building Order in the Fields of Justice

And most importantly, how do you keep them from falling. Many think that Order beats Chaos. But the fact is, Order is the counter-weight to Chaos. When Chaos is rampant, Order attempts to coutner it. And to counter Chaos, Order must be built. Strong and Stalwart. But what are the Pillars? How are they established? And when do you know they can stand the test of Chaos? Ill give you the tools you need, but the Pillars foundations first. Communication, Synergy, Praise, and Focus. These are the foundations of the Pillars or Order. If you can establish these foundations, and build them strong, Victory shall be yours. The great thing about the Pillars of Order, is that should one or two of the Pillars fall, you can still claim victory. Glory, Honor, and the thrill of Victory are yours, if you embrace Order and build the Pillars of Order Strong and Mighty. Communication is the first Pillar and the most important. The reason this is important to establish, is because communication is a fundamental of any team game. Strong communication means protecting from ganks, awareness of the enemy team, being able to set up ganks, pushes for buffs and Dragon (Summoner's Rift), and when is the best time to make a final push. Though this is fundamental, not all teams have this. Those that dont struggle throughout the game. This Pillar is the easiest to establish, but the hardest to keep standing if you dont play premades. Sometimes Order can come from a simple fundamental, but in a place where fundamentals dont always pull through, you have to be stronger. If communication is the foundation of a Pillar, the body is Co-ordination. If you have strong Communication, Co-ordination comes naturally. Again, protecting from ganks, setting up ganks, pushing for buffs, pushing lanes, etc all require Co-ordination. So the stronger your Communications, the more Co-ordinated your team will be. A simple yet important Pillar or Order. Embrace this, and you will find your-self in control. This Pillar can also help build the foundations of the other three. If it can help establish the foundations, they can help build the Pillars stronger than if you had no Communication. Common Communications & Co-Ordinations. MIAs: These are important. This means that your team knows to be careful. If someone is MIA, there is potental for a gank aginst your team. If it is a MIA gank call, your team can either retreat to avoid the gank, or if possible, set up a counter gank. MIA can also mean that an enemy champ has been forced to recall and hasnt returned to their lane. Knowing if someone hasnt return to lane can mean they have gone for a buff, or might be ganking. Awareness of the enemy can gives you the knowledge of what you can and cant do. Buff control: This is key to maintaining Order. If you can effectively control the balance of Buffs, you have an advantage. Keeping a close eye on buffs can save your team from fed enemies. Nothing is more dangerous than a fed Champion with buffs. Wards: This might not seem like a Communication, but it is. Its a Visual Communication. By planting wards in key places, you are able to spot ganks, buff control, and Dragon (Summoner's Rift). Team Fights: Having strong Communications and Co-ordination will help you maintain Order in team fights. Communicating the engagement of a fight allows you to control the other team. Best example is Flanking. Flanking the enemy allows your team to focus the squishy support and carries. By taking out of these key champions, you leave the tank alone to be focused and burned down. The next foundation is Synergy. Why this? If the team has skills that compliment each other, than the teams doesnt have to work so hard. That may sound lazy, but what it does is allow the team to focus on weaker aspects of their game plan. Synergy in the champions is the base of Team Work. Team Work is the body of the Synergy Pillar. Team work is the name of the game, and if the champions work well together Team Work also comes naturally. The effectiveness of Team Work, along with the other Pillars, comes from Synergy. If the team doesnt have much Synergy, than more Communication is needed to make sure things go smoothly. Team Work wins games, not being fed or rage-quitters. Though it helps. Great Syngery Combos Slows/Stuns+AoE Ranged Carrries+Tanks Support+Tank/Bulky DPS Slows/Stuns+Nuke/Burst DPS Third Foundation is Praise. This is by far the most powerful of all the Pillars. It counters the Chaos seed of Anger. Uplifting words from the team can be powerful to someone who is struggling. By giving praise when someone does well, be it getting a kill, effective ganking or counter ganking, or even intercepting someone so a team memeber can escape, we are showing someone that we appreciate them. That Praise can be encouraging and give that person a sence of belonging. That they can make a difference. Those powerful, uplifting words, build the body of Praise. Confidence. If we have Confidence in our ability to help the team, we are capable of great things. Confidence not only comes from someone who recieves Praise, but they get it from those that give Praise. Confused? Let me explain. I've seen people feed 0-5 but recover to 7-5 and beyond because instead of saying "wtf stop dying" I just said "its ok, wasn't your fault." and saying gj whenever he/she got a kill. Keeping allies calm, cool, and collected, and enemies in complete psychosis can really be beneficial to the outcome of the game. Give them the foundation of Praise, and allow the body of Confidence raise to the skies. Focus is the fourth Pillar of Order. Focus is key to this game. If one person on the team isnt focused, they risk having cracked foundations in all the other Pillars. Focus means being aware of you and your team. Also the enemy team as well. Lack of Focus leads to poor Communication, which is a basic fundamental of LoL. It can make or break a game. Focus can be built upon by the other Pillars. What happens when we become extremely focused? We become show signs of the body of Focus. Discipline. When we are disciplined, we are able to fight of the Seeds of Chaos. This Pillar is what can bring balance to a game dominated by Chaos. Discipline allows us to think and act quickly, without endangering our-selves or out team. The Pillars of Order are carved, not planted. They are built up from the ground and can take us to new heights. Order amongst our-selves, can breed Chaos into our enemies. Bring the balance of Chaos and Order together, and you have one hell of a fight. But when Chaos grows and blossems, Order will be there to cut it down to size.
