Hey Mobafire,

I know it's been awhile since i've posted my two other videos but I am hoping to release a brand new video every week. I made a video of "Dat Ashe" that hit over 12k views and my Pikachu drawing tutorial just under 1k. I recently just released a new video that I hope in making a brand new series. I have met quite amazing people on League of Legends over time and hope to develop more friendships in the future. I made this video strictly to play with different people I met on the internet and kinda feature them in my videos. Hence the name being "WannaBeP & Friends". I am really finding it much harder to find the support I need since the audience just isn't there. I'm not going to buy views or likes I want authentic fans who I can actually have conversations with.

Here are my questions after watching the video above (replies are appreciated);

1. What type of impression did you get from watching the video? Did you laugh? Did you find it offensive?
2. What could make the video potentially better to get more attention from the audience?

I am not some little kid hoping to rack up a couple of pretty little views. I really want to build a fan
base and make this a career. If you just take a few moments of your time to review the video and answer the two simple questions it will mean more then the world to me. Lastly, if you are interested in collaborating and being in my next video give me a PM! I like meeting new characters from all over the world! Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks!

You don't have a good streamer personality. Your better off getting games cut up and scripted with (hopefully) a good writer.

I was considering writing a script, but disliked the fact as I was not being myself or it was not authentic. I have other ideas of videos that are none related to my persona though, so I guess it's something to consider before I go all in with the WannaBeP & Friends series. Like the "Dat Ashe" video.

You have to learn how to put yourself out there tbh. Scripting is a good way to build up spontaneous personality. Not only that, hindsight is 20/20, you'll be able to better review your mistakes and explain them better to your audience as well as key plays that you performed well with. Also, not a lot of people can sit through full matches. Having something cut up will be able to better showcase yourself to a new audience. Think of these first videos as a resume. I think it'd be a great way to start off if you plan on trying to become a big streamer. A streamer right now that has caught my eyes is Shofu. He may not be a LoL streamer, but his video review structure and commentary is top notch for what it is. I suggest giving some of his videos a look at.

The key point you need to do is find a personality. A streamer personality, so to speak. Because let's face it; our normal selves aren't anything special.

Is it alright if I try making a scripted video and just send it to your privately for review so I can get your feedback before release? I plan to release one again this upcoming Friday. Also the focus isn't League of Legends alone, I would be playing different genre of games.

Thanks! +rep you

I don't mind looking over some ideas and critiquing it as well as making suggestions. I'm a little scarce online, so responses would probably be a little slow, but they will occur if requested from a PM.

Also, I think the levels of immorality in this thread are astounding. You'd really throw a child off a boat for your own luggage? Wow.
