Janna: The Storm's Fury (Carry the Carry)
Sirell is right, manareg marks suck balls, armor seals are mandatory, movespeed quints suck, you're getting about 70% cdr while it caps at 40%, 29 points in utility are quite bad as well. Situationals are bad as well.
Terrible runes (no armour against an AD lane?).
Terrible masteries (29 in utility... really?).
No skill maxed at level 9, also incorrect 2nd ability max.
