League of Legends (LoL) Question: Mundo's Summoners?

Mundo's Summoners?

So I've read through several guides on and am still unsure what summoners to run on him. I've mostly ran the usual and but I read a guide that recommended and (so that you will REALLY be unkillable). I've thought about taking to have more map presence and split pushing power. Maybe I'll even take (sarcasm...if you can't tell).

I am at war with myself...what do I take? O_O

Ignite / TP + Ghost / Flash

is pretty much a must have, the other spell is chosen accordingly to matchup and/or personal preferrence, but it's usually or . Oh, and and are bad ideas:)

I beileve that having ghost, and teleport for more team focused but if not i go ghost, and exhaust to stop the adc i mean 2 exhaust one after another goin on the adc sounds good to me.

Flash + Ignite probably is the best thing to go with. You could also run Flash + Barrier to be unkillable, but flash is mandatory.

Or you can just deal damage, which is what mundo does. You can't just ignore a mundo if he's sitting in front of your ad spamming cleavers with his W on and autoattacking.

You need to be kill-able in order to tank. Sounds high, but it's the truth. Given just about any circumstance, nobody would try bothering with a 300+ armor and resist, 4k health champs. Let alone the fact by devoting 6 item slot to become that tanky, i doubt he has damage or CDR to spam cc. Go for that route and they will do something worse than ignite you, they ignore.

Have been playing mundo lately, first match I played I ran and spent the whole game kindof wishing Id picked up , as it helps him stick to enemies better.
