I guess I'm on tilt again. I've been losing non-stop lately. Thankfully not in ranked (too scared to play ranked with this awful losing spree). I also felt kinda weak in every game I've played recently..like I wasn't useful to my team at all. Not that the teams I've gotten recently have been that good but I'll refrain from blaming my teams. Even if they were bad I was just as bad. I'm so sad now cause I hate being on tilt :(
I might just take a break from playing and focus on the project I've been working on. For those interested I have started working on it but it'll take longer than I expected. I'll show it to you guys as soon as I get the first part done. The actual thing won't be anywhere near done after the 1st part is finished.

Sleeping less than 7 hours = You can feel OK, but your brain and body aren't OK.
Sleeping more than 9 hours = You can feel OK or really tired, if you aren't very active on either physical things or mental ones, it can hurt you.
If you're by a long time sleeping less than 7 hours, you have a sleep debt, thus, you must somewhat more 2-3 days than 9 hours to recover the losed sleept.

Actually this is different for every person. I found out that I need 8 hours of sleep (usually if I go to sleep and don't set my alarm, I wake up all by myself after 8 hours). My flatmate sleeps for 6 hours a day and if he tries to go to sleep earlier (like at 9 o'clock - he is up at 3 o'clock and can't sleep anymore). And my mum can sleep for 10 hours and still feels like it was not enough.
You should find out how much sleep your body require and then obey it. I agree you need to sleep enough. Last time I was staying late because of LoL and slept about 4-5 hours a day. On friday I didn't hear my alarm (I was so tired my mind just ignored it) and was late for work :D
The Problem: You are stressed and/or tired, because that you can't focus on your objetives, can't react in time and you can't rebember when its needed vital information.
What Cause It: Excessive work, playing when you are tired (never do this if you feel bad when losing), not enough sleep (you must sleep 8 hours per day or your body and mind can't just recover at 100%, it is just like exiting from the fountain at the 80% of your health or mana), heavy distracted (are you in love or something? Don't think nor bring those feelings to the game, if you're playing with distractions like that is because you want to distract yourself and get fun), any medical issue (unlikely, anyway, a bi-annual check to the doc doesn't hurt, seriously), pain/depression (if physical, painkillers, rest, don't play, go to the medic if cronic or too intense; if emotional, think about: "what doesn't kill me, makes me stronger!").
How to Solve It: Sleep 8 hours per day, always, no matter what (except personal emergencies, not study nor working ones); its just like the passive of the Rabadon: you learn 30% more and faster, you need to spend less time at killing (in this case, studying), the same goes for any kind of work. About excessive work/study: work 2 hours, distract 30 minutes, work 2 hours, distract 30 minutes: between some 2 hours block, never forget to eat. If at your work you aren't allowed to rest from time at time, try to distract yourself anyway: make the job a "game", do that for 30 minutes, then concentrate again for other 2 hours if needed. Never work more than 12 hours per day (incluiding transport): you need a time to enjoy each day, not just the weekneed. Play for fun and compite because you wanna do your 100%! Don't play if you want to solely win (everyone loves to win, but are more almost inmune to losing streaks when you're happy no matter the result and if you did your best), or if you want to "prove" something. Play other thing, do another thing, LoL is a heck of repetitive game, it can be boring you a quite when you din't notice it, play other thing, then comeback with new strengh.
I don't agree with the sleeping schedule. My sleeping schedule has been fked up for a very long time but it almost never affects me. It only affects me when I haven't slept at all (3 hours or less). That's when I play like total garbage lol.

So after 4th loss I said I'm gonna play until I win. Luckily my 6th game was a win and finally I got some points... sooner or later you have to win :)
I'm 50% sure that I know what the project is, but I'm not willing to spoil it, so I'll keep my mouth shut on predictions.
