Is supportlesticks still a strong pick?

Was funny just taking shots at first, then people stopped focusing me as a priority target because it took a few seconds too long to kill me and because shiny-golden-fiddle-statue-crowstorm. Worked well, especially getting capped CDR fast. But I had way more fun and was way more effective going 21/0/9 because his early game sucks enough that I need the extra damage. I play rather aggressively, actively seeking to poke and silence so if I don't do damage I usually just... feed. Early at least. Right now testing 4/5/21 and having moderate success.[/quote]
