You kinda need more content. Specially going top, add matchups, laning phase (as Maintained said), why do you use each ability. You have some text walls, and lack of coding. Make it pretty so it's easier to read.
If you want to code it better and make it more pretty, use this guide BBcoding.When I say walls of text, it's loooong parts with a lots of text that makes it difficult to read. Try making it shorter and adding codes and colors, apart from some columns (check BBcoding) so potencial readers will understand and fully read it
And also fix that things that Maintained said

You took Greater Mark of Attack Speed and Greater Glyph of Attack Speed. But did you ever consider that "Crit", what your guide is all about, stacks on your attack damage? A marksman (Adc) usually aims for late game power over early game. So I really think AD would be better.

You also put a point in Enchanted Armor . The only time you will benefit from it is when you get your Guardian Angel, which still isn't great alone. You'll hardly get a bonus of 5 armour and magic resistance. I suggest putting the points on Block and Unyielding .

You need yet to add more details to your guide. For example; Laning phase, or split pushing.
