It only bothers me if it's my fault. But, I've always been a very analytical person, so I don't really QQ much about it. I'd rather look at how I can learn from my mistakes, and that also applies to league. Also, being a cashier in college really helped my perspective - the general public make the LoL community look like a box full of kittens.
Usually if the losing streak is bad I just play a few Bot games, Remove all the stress from playing, Have a laugh for a few games trying out new champions or build ideas then with a few wins back under the belt and a good confidence boost I can get right back into the game again.

I usually take a break if I'm on a starting losing streak (2 to 3 consecutive losses).
Sometimes it just helps to play other roles or champions that you don't normally play that much. I have broken many losing streaks by just picking something experimental and also not trying too hard.
However, if the streak continues to be over 4 or 5 consecutive losses ( my longest loss streak stands on 12 losses ) then I usually just stop and continue when I feel like it, the next day or the day after. Helps!

If it starts to annoy me I switch to a different gamemode or just simply play something else... I don't like it to stress over a game so much.
nog even kort samengevat: een lampje is voor dove mensen, een ratelapparaat voor blinden. het mooiste is natuurlijk een combinatie van beide: een lampje met een ratelapparaat, voor het geval er iemand langskomt die blind én doof is.
