Try posting on the main forums,or opening up a support ticket. If you post on the forums and they tell you to make a support ticket they will probably take care of it quicker. If you just make a support ticket tbough, prepare to wait!
For future reference I suggest waiting a day before purchasing the new champion, servers are usually quite packed and the store doesn't always work as intended.
