Yaya, Im having a slight issue with the dividers you made. They ended up cluttering up the place when I added them into my Nasus guide. They are a bit too bulky. Any chance we can revert to the little fireball and line dividers for stake of space?^These ones, can you make those in the 4 requested sizes? Sorry to ask you to backtrack ><

@DoomGlad, they're not exactly mine, the glow effect is made by the sleeping legend Bree (LaCorpse) who is kind enough to let us, the community use them :) All I did was change the colors and add the little flame.

Let's take for example this video of Forecast Janna:
1- You download the video using a third party software, of through KeepVid, with a .mp4 extension preferably. Try downloading the video in 720p or 1080p if possible. (You can delete it after you're done working with it)
2- Now that you have the video and you launched PS. Go to File>Import>Video Frames to Layers, and choose the video you wish to make an animated banner of (in our case Forecast Janna)
3- You should be prompted with a little video player:
Now here's the hard part: You need to find the moment where the video is looping, so when you make the animated banner, the animation looks like it's never interrupted, like I did with the Nasus banner.
Tick the "Selected range only" and try to find when it loops using the small black arrows at the bottom. Keep the "limit to 2 frames per second" unchecked and Check "Make frame animation". Click "Ok" when you're satisfied with the results.
4- Now you have a ton of layers that are turned invisible. Do not turn them visible or it will mess the animation. If you want to edit all of them at once, use Adjustement Layers and put it above everything, and if you want to add text to everything, create a text layer above all the animated Layers as well.
5- When you're done doing as you see fit with the layer styles, effects and such, go to File>Save for Web

6- Click on "Save" and you should have something similar to this :P
Just a 5 min thing I did while taking screenshots for tutorial :P
