you should be worrying about other things at that age, rather than not being able to play a video game, concentrate on studies etc.
WELL, as an A class student (That's what we call the best students) I can say that studying really is something you SHOULD NOT CONCENTRATE ON. Study casually, if you like a certain subject focus on that but don't spend this period of your life studying all the time. It leads to people having sky high expectations from you and is a huge pile of stress and source of anxiety >_>
Everyone in your class fails the exam and your teacher goes "Oh wow, a B+ ... you should really try harder"
I don't understand your parents. I honestly don't. I don't want to be offensive but gaming is making you mad? Really? They couldn't think of another thing that might be making a 15 year old boy angry? Maybe a crush on a girl you can't be with? Maybe kids in school? Maybe your annoying sister? Maybe restrictive parents?
I hate parents that can't take a hint. Instead of looking deeper in to the problem of their child being mad they find the easiest problem to solve and point that out .-.
I don't have restrictive parents at all and they never get mad at me or take anything away from me. I do good in school, I socialize and I come off as a very kind person which is why they don't mind me staying up all night and sleeping through the day or spending up to 6 hours gaming some days.
I suggest you change the way you act in to the perfect child, if your grades are in the F range bring them up to a middle ground, act nice towards your sister even if she does annoy you to no end, don't talk back to your parents and do NOT show outbursts of anger. If they don't let you do what you want when you've already managed everything else you need to do in your life for the time being... I don't even know what to say.
EDIT:

They also want me to game less because they want to see me more.
Whats next, they stop you from going to school because 15 years wasn't enough for them to see you?
What about when you have to move out? They're gonna forbid that too?
Such logic .-.

By the way I don't really have anger issues -_-
That's what they all say...

Kill your parents.
Eventually we may all come to charges for egging on someone to kill their parents. There's a lot of proof in this thread. :p

Even when i do whatever they want, they won't let me play. I'm just going to have to hope LoL 2 hours a week will become something more then that. ^^
Thanks for your help :)

That said, I still think that if you really want to play League, the best way to get there is to prove to your parents that you are above the effects of the game. How you can do this I cannot say for sure, since I don't know you or your family. I can say what I would have done though. I would have said something along these lines: "I try to understand the reason for not letting me play League of Legends. I really like the game, so please explain to me how you feel and your reasons for not letting me play."
Based on their answer you can see what the real reason is, since if you put it to them in such adult fashion it is both harder for them not to give you an in depth answer and maybe to respect you even more. But that is only me, and my way of thinking.
