Best ADC right now?

I think you're misconceiving his lane as being super weak (although it definitely isn't the greatest) because it's fairly hard to play him correctly in lane. If you don't know your burst potential or you can't hit Qs you're going to get rekt. Ezreal is good because he just has so much potential for playmaking in mid-game with his ridiculous mobility and good burst damage, and transitions into an incredibly safe teamfight champion with some poke power, albeit pretty low DPS. I guarantee you right now, if Jinx and Lucian get nerfed a little more Ezreal will be one of the more popular LCS picks.
